1. Q. What are the qualifications to apply?
A. We need the following qualifications to apply:
- Good communication skills: correct grammar/good accent/good fluency
- Ages : 18 up to 55 yrs old or more as long as you are healthy
- At least a graduate of high school, we appreciate if you are a college graduate.
- Must know how to operate computer
- Must be willing to work in Cebu or other sites outside of Leyte
2. Q. What are the pre-employment requirements?
A. Submit the following: NBI clearance, police clearance, TOR or any school record, Birth Certificate and Certificate of Employment for those with call center experience.
3. Q. What jobs are available?
A. For now, we can only offer Customer Service Representatives or Call Center Agents job.
4. Q. Is training in LCTC necessary for someone to start to work?
Tr Trainings are provided only to those who have lapses and mistakes in communications skills. This training is open to both experienced and non-experienced applicants. Those applicants who can survive the rigorous interview process will be endorsed for employment immediately.
5. Q. Where is the job assignment?
A. Job assignments are: priority for Cebu assignment. There are also available jobs for other sites such as Metro Manila, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, Baguio.
6. Q. Does LCTC ask money from the applicants?
A. We do not ask money for all the help that we do to you.
7. Q. What kind of support does LCTC give to its applicants?
A. We help those who need help. We provide the following: Free trainings, free assistance in the employment process, free chaperone, Free one month dormitory in Cebu and free transportation to Cebu.
8. Q. Who gives the final job offer?
A. It is Teleperformance who gives the final job offer. LCTC accepts and screens application to be endorsed to the HR team of Teleperformance. Initial Interview will be done by LCTC.
9. Q. What is the time frame of the application process?
A. If you have complete requirements, you may be able to start to work in few days time.
10. Q. As an applicant, what am I supposed to do to prepare for my work in Cebu?
A. A. Prepare your pre-employment requirements. Prepare also cash for your personal pocket money to take care of your food and personal needs.
Q.HQ.How long is the Training?
HnTraining ranges from one week to a maximum of four weeks. The duration depends on the learning abilities of the trainees. We have different sections. We have Near Hire Training (NHT), TESDA sponsored trainings or NGO-sponsored trainings.
Q. Q. Who is LCTC ALLIED SERVICES?
L LCTC Allied Services is our subsidiary company that supports the activities of Leyte Communications Training Center. Example would be the recruitment and job hiring activities.

We have one main branch in Tacloban City. One satellite office in Ormoc City.
